Nope, it's completely free! We understand that festivals come in all sizes and budgets, so we want to make sure everyone has an equal opportunity to shine on our site.
Just send us all the details through our contact form – name, date, location, logo (or a photo from a past event), and a paragraph about your festival with a link to your website. Make sure the paragraph is about the festival in general, not just one event, so it stays relevant. Don't forget to include a contact name and email/phone number in case we need to reach you!
We’ll simply change the date to ‘TBC’. As soon as you know your next dates, send us the info and we’ll update it.
Not yet, but we are working towards a user-led system where you can update your own details.
We don't handle ticket sales directly. But don't worry! All our festival listings have direct links to the festival websites where you can find all the booking info and purchase your tickets.
Like all arts-based organisations, literary festivals are dependent on funding, sponsors, grants etc., and this can be precarious. Often, there is a limited budget for marketing, especially for smaller, niche gems. As festival lovers ourselves, we decided to step in and create a platform where all festivals can be seen equally.
